A tag is a keyword or term that is used to describe the information in a conversation. Tags are a great way for you to easily find conversations based on their subject matter. For instance, if you wanted to find conversations about training, search for conversations with the tag "training".
What are my "Favorite Tags"?
Saving tags as favorites enables you to quickly find conversations you are interested in reading about. In the near future you'll also have the option of being notified every time a conversation appears with your favorite tags. For instance, if you wanted to hear about course-related information for an event, you'll want to save "Course" as a favorite tag. That way whenever a posting appears with course-related information, you'll be notified.
